You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.

• Certain personal care or hygiene products may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
